What I keep about you, why, and who else sees it.

I’m Oliver, and I run Bellboy Press. To mail you a printed newsletter I need a few facts about you. Here is exactly what they are and what happens to them.

1. What I collect

  • Your name and mailing address, so I can mail your issues.
  • Your email address, to send receipts, shipping notes and my letters.
  • What you ordered and paid, and when.
  • Basic site and email data, such as whether an email was opened or a link clicked, and the cookies my order pages need to work.

I never see or store your card number. It goes straight to Stripe, the payment processor.

2. Who handles it for me

I use a few companies to run Bellboy Press. They handle your details only to do these jobs for me:

  • HighLevel (GoHighLevel): my order pages, customer records and email.
  • Stripe: card payments and subscriptions.
  • Vervante, my printer: your name and mailing address, to print and post your issue.
  • Cloudflare: runs my website and passes your email replies to me.

3. What I don’t do

I don’t sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, and I don’t share them with advertisers. The only other time I’d share them is if the law required it.

4. Emails and unsubscribing

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and my letters stop. If you’re still a paying member, I’ll still send the emails your order needs, like receipts and renewal reminders. Unsubscribing doesn’t cancel a membership. To cancel, see the Terms of Sale.

5. How long I keep it

I keep it while you’re a member, and after that only as long as tax and accounting rules require me to keep sales records. Ask me to delete the rest and I will.

6. Your choices

Write to [email protected] to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I’ll answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

7. Children

Bellboy Press is for adults in business. I don’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.

8. Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I’ll tell you by email. Questions go to [email protected].

See also the Terms of Sale.

Effective October 25, 2026.
